    PRODUCT INFO & USAGE:

    If you have menstrual cramps, you understand that ignoring isn't an option.

    We ourselves (owners of vaginas) have been struggling with that paid for at least a decade. Having a period every month was a real survival camp and interfered with everyday life until we discovered a powerful herbal remedy.

    There is an incredibly rich array of herbs for menstrual cramps that have been used over centuries by healers (aka. grandmothers). These herbs have been used in different ways to achieve different effects on the body, for example;

    WHITE WILLOW:

    It is often used to relieve menstrual cramps and reduce symptoms of fever. The substance called 'salicin' inside willow bark works the same as Aspirin, by reducing inflammation and pain once it enters the bloodstream.

    CRAMP BARK:

    Used as a pain relief for cramps, particularly menstrual ones. Some research indicates that cramp bark helps to relax soft muscles and blood vessels which can reduce blood pressure, improve blood flow, and relieve pain and stiffness.

    RASPBERRY LEAF:

    It is an alkaloid fragarine that acts as a uterine tonifier reducing menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding. It contains tannins that are astringent and flavonoids that support tissue and capillary health which together helps reduce excessive bleeding and bloating of the stomach and most importantly help to balance hormones during a cycle. Tanis and fragarine help with PMS symptoms such as; cramps, vomiting, excessive bowel movements, or nausea.

    CHAMOMILE:

    For centuries , chamomile flower has been known as a soothing herb. This is due to high glycine content which is a substance used used for reducing muscle spasms and helps with nerve relaxation.
