MAMARIKA & Co is a health food company where everything is made with the thought of our customers. Our range of products is made only from natural and organic ingredients without any additives, preservatives, colouring, sugar, or any other unnecessary 'E' type of ingredients that names we cannot pronounce.


We make herbal gym supplements and healing remedies, Caribbean cooking sauces, and our recipe vegan chocolate.


Now, that you have an insight into WHAT we do, let us explain WHY we do it.

One day during a hot summer day in June at the airport two women sat next to each other with a cup of oats latte while waiting for their flight. They started to talk about food. One talked about how much she loves to eat exotic food. The other one is about how much she loves cooking it.


There was an instant spark of interest and mutual understanding. They talked about snow crabs, lobsters, vegan dishes, and many unknown to Western culture Caribbean and Asian spices. From a simple,'Hello, I'm Marika and I love good food' to 'Spicy is never too spicy' to creating a health and nutrition-driven food company a year later.


We are MAMARIKA & Co and wanted to share our story with you, we have transformed our passion for old-school herbal healing and making good food into a business.

Marika is a self-taught chef who can never settle for food without that extra hit of flavour and spice. She is Polish but her 'adopted' family is from the Caribbean Islands who taught her what Caribbean food is all about. They passed on the excitement for exotics spices and magical mixtures but mostly taught the love and passion for cooking. Her Jamaican 'nana' shared many of the family health secrets recipes, passed on for generations.

Now, they can be discovered in some of Mamarika & Co products.



'I DO NOT MEASURE A THING WHEN I COOK I JUST SPRINKLE AND ADD STUFF UNTIL I HEAR THE SPIRIT OF ANCESTORS WHISPER...' - THAT’S ENOUGH CHILD.

Marika’s journey with cooking began when she was only 12 but it took off when her family and friends got obsessed with her cooking and started ordering food for bigger occasions as well as private, more intimate dining experiences.

She adapted not only traditional cooking techniques and authentic spices but her intuitive touch to it. She often jokes,' I do not measure a thing when I cook I just sprinkle and add stuff until I hear the spirit of ancestors whisper; That’s enough child'.

She adopted a healthier approach to her cooking mostly, using gluten-free flour, less unnecessary fat, and using many raw, unprocessed foods from the best, organic suppliers.


This is where the ideas for alternative ways of cooking, delicious sauces that were 'fitness-friendly' and tasted crazy good came into existence for MAMARIKA & Co.
