The order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. All orders are processed once a week on Wednesday after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order is received and another email confirming your tracking number to check the status of your order.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
All listed product prices on our website exclude Delivery Charges.
A Shipping Charge will be applied during the checkout process unless your order is eligible for free delivery.
Delivery will be made to the address you have specified during your order process on our website. If the address provided is incorrect, you must notify our team within 30 minutes of this mistake, in order for us to edit the shipping address. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to change the shipping address on your subscription, you have the ability to change this through your account. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery options altogether.
